1. Q: How I get the lithium battery price quickly?
A: Normally we reply to your email within 8 hours after we received your battery inquiry. And the price should be fixed after deep discussion and full datasheet confirmation.

2. Q: How I get a sample to check battery quality?
A: We will go to the sample step after we discussed the price and agree with business cooperation.
3. Q: How long can I get samples?
A1: For battery cells, we only need 3-5 days if we have battery cell stock, otherwise we need 8-10 days for handing sample.
A2: For the battery pack, it needs 7 days if we have battery cell stock.

4. Q: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: Normally we need 20-25days if the quantity under 100K.
